For anyone looking for a little easy-to-read push to get healthier, Sustainable Wellness: An Integrative Approach to Transform Your Mind, Body, And Spirit (2012) is a great start.

ReplyDeleteYou're right about sustainability..that's the key! I always want a quick fix...just lose a few lbs and I'll be happy, but I don't always want the long term habits that will keep the weight off! That book sounds really helpful!
